Admission to St. Joseph’s English Medium School is restricted by certain policies of the management and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct of the candidate. Hence applicants for admission may be given an oral / regarding the entrance test shall be final.
Admissions are taken only for Pre-KG to IX & XI. For direct admission children should satisfy the age rule i.e. 4+ Pre-KG, 5+ for LKG, 6 + for UKG , 7+ for 1st std. on or before 31st of July of the year of admission. Students coming from unrecognized institutions will not be admitted. Five passport size photos, Xerox copies of the Birth Certificate and Community Certificate, Adhar card, UDISE No of previous school, Blood Group Report, Vaccination Card Copy(if required), Copies of progress report of the last year and Original copy of Transfer Certificate should be produced at the time of admission.
Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or guardian who will be responsible to the head of the school for the pupil’s conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in the school and payment of fees.
The Principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without ascribing any reason to it. He also reserves the right to discontinue the studies of any pupil whose conduct and academic performance is not satisfactory.
For the following reasons, such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, unsatisfactory behavior, serious misconduct, dishonesty, irregularity, non – payment of school fee etc. the pupil’s name will be struck off the roll and he / she will be issued a leaving certificate.
Fees amount supposed to be paid during the time of admission without arrears. Admission card will be provided only after your full payment.
