Instruction for filling up the Application form

● The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the Mother or guardian should sign
● Full permanent address (Residential) must be mentioned clearly.
● Parent’s occupation and office address also must be furnished.
● The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or false information will render the application liable to be rejected.
● Father’s and Mother’s full name should be written without any error in the spelling of their names.
● Father’s and Mother’s Contact number must be mentioned clearly.

Basing the performance grade sheet of the school last attended and written test will be conducted before admission. Students will be asked to meet the admission authorities along with their Parents for an interview.
